Join as we welcome Elisa Scavino of the Paolo Scavino Winery for a five-course Piedmontese & Barolo food and wine dinner. From the Bric del Fiasc and Rocche dell'Annunziata vineyards, this fourth-generation winery is one of the highest regarded winemakers in all of Piedmont. Join us as Elisa Scavino guides guests through each of the wines expertly paired with the dinner, which will include courses such as A Super-Pasta Trio: Agnolotti del Plin, Buttered Tajarin and Black Truffle Garganelli, plus Barolo-Braised Beef with Heirloom Polenta. This dinner is $175 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
