Join us Tuesday, January 31, as we host winemaker Giorgio Rivetti for a five-course experience highlighting wine pairings from the acclaimed La Spinetta winery in Piedomont. Dishes like Tallegio Raviolini and Whole Roasted Duck with Fennel and Orange Honey, each prepared by Chef Doug Psaltis, will pair perfectly with La Spinetta's single vineyard Barolos and Barbarescos, which include a 2005 Barbaresco from the Gallina, Valeriano and Stardei vineyards.
