Winter Beef Series – Prime Dry Aged

Join RPM Steak for its second annual Winter Beef Series, a three-part educational class and dining experience spotlighting RPM’s exclusive collection of beef with wine pairings to match. For the first dinner in the series, guests will taste their way through several courses of Prime Dry-Aged Beef such as 75 Day Olive Beef from Japan’s Kagawa Prefecture and 40 Day Wood Grilled Cap from NYC’s Master Purveyors. Enjoy each educational dinner individually, or opt for all three to fully appreciate what RPM Steak has to offer.
