For RPM Steak’s third and final dinner in its Winter Beef Series, guests will indulge in Signature Cuts, recognized as the gold standard of beef with custom steaks that have been created exclusively for RPM by our esteemed butchers. Enjoy menu favorites including “The Duke” (a ribeye filet) and the wood-grilled cap (featured in the RPM Steak Frites) which have been staples on the menu since opening.
